I need help with my interviewing skills
Hey Fishes! What level does an Accenture UK 'Graduate' start at? Also could someone give any kind of salary range? This would be a transfer from another company for 2 YOE. If I were to be placed at the 'bottom of the SFBG (Salesforce Business Group). I will soon be having a conversation over accepting the role and wondering what salary to aim for. This is UK based, Manchester. Thanks!

Please consider short term disability leave, to begin as soon as possible. Your primary care provider can sign any paperwork and you only need to tell your employer it’s for a “medical condition.”
This type is situation is what short term disability leave is for. I hope you feel better soon.
I'm so sorry you're going through this.
I agree. Take it one day at a time. When I feel overwhelmed, I try to break the day into tasks/hrs. So I'll work for a 2 hr block or until something is done and book a 30min break on my calendar to step away, get coffee, go for a walk etc. And so literally just try to survive 2hrs, 4hrs, etc at a time if a day even feels too long.
Also prioritize. Not everything needs to be done. Focus on the most important things and if you only do 1 or 2 of those things in a day, that might be enough.
coffee no, as it makes anxiety worse
sugar and coffee should be stopped in that situation
i would do a blood test for vit D, thyroid, iron, ferritin, magnesium, cortisol, B12, and sex hormones as well
sex hormones should be taken on 3-5th day of a cycle
Once you put in your two weeks, you can/should focus your efforts on transitioning work. I find that my last two weeks are always way more chill because I’m doing a lot of housekeeping, not taking on new projects, and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. So- rather than quit in the spot, give notice and then get a few weeks pay while you wind down.
They could always tell you they don’t need two weeks and that today is your last day (so be prepared for that), but it doesn’t sound like that would crush you.
However, I logged in today to get a sense of what I'm coming back to Monday and felt immediately overwhelmed, anxiety and panic. Idk how I'm gonna stay another 2 weeks and make it out alive. Anyone ever just quit on the spot? I have no plans of ever going back to this company and I don't wanna burn bridges. I just dk if I can make it. I'm sure they're pissed as it's quarter end/10- Q season, and I'm in a reporting role.
There is so much peace whenever I'm not working this job. I've never felt like this before about a job but I went through depression last year, lost my mom less than a year ago, then hubby's grandfather in Feb, now his mom this week. I'm on the verge of a mental breakdown and this job is just one stressor that I don't need. Things are pretty bad between my manager and I don't think the internal role I wanted to transfer to is going to help. I think I need to 100% cut ties. Also I feel like this relationship and impact on my performance (which has slacked) will haunt me at this company regardless of what role I'm in.
Any advice or words of encouragement?
I done resigned yall lol. Last day this week
Absolutely, take it one step it a time, prioritize what needs to be focused on, find your coping skills and lean on your support system! Remember tough times don’t last tough people do! You got this ! Maybe put in your two weeks notice to give yourself time to find something else and to leave the right way. You can last for 2 more weeks! If you are interested in another option dm me I may be able to help you fire your boss!
I have been there. Close to not being able to function based on an emotionally abusive boss.
I took STD (leave). She ended up getting fired before I went back so it was ik.
Bottom line, Your health and well being comes first!! If you feel you can't do it/it's a risk to your mental health, than leave.
I would go to HR and provide them with the resignation immediately, sharing that you would prefer to give two weeks, but the environment has become too toxic.
Take care of yourself!
