Yes. What you listed as reason to keep is quite weak. However, you may leverage the new offer to get a counteroffer; if they don’t put anything on the table in order to retain you, you’ll be better off going away
You need to jump for pay bumps and more responsibility. Those extra couple years stuck in stasis can make a massive difference to your life a decade down the road
Leave. You might get 20-30% pay bump with reduction in benefits you listed
6 more days of PTO seems like a big deal.
If you are early career, Id switch. Salary growth is about trajectory..
Typically, don't leave unless you are worth and get at least 20% more in the market. Take your 18% increase, divide by 12 months, then take out taxes. Do you want to leave and have a new schedule for that much per month? Are 6 additional days of PTO worth at least that much?
Remember the team and boss at the next place might be no good. In which case you won't care about the 18%. On the other hand if the increase was 30%+ you wouldn't mind dealing with some annoying people as a consequence.
I’d leverage your position to try and maximise the offer at the new company but I’d definitely seriously consider the new company (although having a counter offer can be useful too). The perks you are mentioning like coffee, massage, free drinks and snacks, parking, gym, dollar value ? $5k ? Less? Compared to a 18% bump in pay? Obviously I don’t know your salary but in all likelihood the higher salary is going to more than compensate for these benefits. Also you mention the new job is a senior position? Is your current role also a senior position ? If not, it’s a no brainer, you could be stuck in your role another 2-3 years before being promoted easily if not longer. I have found to advance your career quickly, the best way is to move between companies, otherwise you can wait for years for promotions unless you are lucky. At the end of the day you haven’t received a job offer yet so it’s not hypothetical, you can easily go through multiple job interviews and still not get the job, but at least try as you won’t have the option otherwise !
Sounds like you're happy in your current work environment. So what it boils down to is pay increase vs mental health. If you leave and the work culture is terrible at the new place will the increase in pay be worth potentially being miserable? Do the calculations and if the answer is yes then go for it. I'd also try speaking with others that work there and see how they feel about their jobs to help you decide.
