My mother, who is a lawful permanent resident of the US, is traveling back to the US, after a 5.5 month visit to India. With respect to Covid vaccine, she had already completed the primary series with Pfizer 1 & 2 doses . When she left in August, she took her Pfizer booster shot. It seems that there was an updated bivalent Pfizer vaccine that was available after Sep 2,2022. In order for her to be up to date with her vaccines, does she have to take the bivalent Pfizer dose in india?

I know we cannot expense phone/internet/ commuter benefit as I am not actively doing work.

If you're looking for inspirational films about addiction I highly recommend The Resurrection of Jake the Snake Roberts. It's a documentary about the wrestler who had about as bad an addiction problem as you can imagine. It goes through his problems, despair, but also shows his road to recovery through platonic love, support, and he finds redemption. It's great for anyone like me that tried and failed to get sober for years. I have over a year now for the first time.

6’0 and weighed in at 220lbs today. All time high and have gained 20lbs since gyms closed in March. When I did workout it was more or less 100% compound lifts. I’m now limited to a few kettlebells but am not even close to as consistent as I was. Any idea on how I can lose this excess 20lbs? I feel like it crept up over night.
