Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.

How do you feel about people who wait to the last minute to prepare for interviews?
What’s the thing that keeps you up at 2am?
How woke is your shit?
Why are you still in advertising?
What type of work is driving their business? Where is growth coming from? What role does creative play in defining agency vision? What clients are pitched? How much control/discretion do you have over hiring/building your team?
Ask them about their vision for the agency. What they think about the current work and how they would like to see it evolve. You should also be looking for a creative leader who has a real vision and high-level goals for the agency. You could also ask how he/she sees how your role would fit into that and how you could come into the job with specific goals that are aligned with theirs.
It really depends on the personality of the CCO. Some of them just like talking about themselves. If you get that sense, just keep asking questions about their career, favorite projects, biggest challenges, biggest wins.

How is this agency, if it’s not a digital first shop, poised for the future? How are they resourced to keep up and/or lead through technology? Is all of the C suite aligned with your creative vision?
