How many firms is too many? I’ve practiced 13 years. Since I was a 1st year associate, every 3 years or so I’ve been recruited for another opportunity that is hard to pass up. I’ve been at my current firm 3 years and got the call again, again about an opportunity that is hard to pass up. I don’t like having a reputation of a flight risk, but this keeps happening. I'm in need of some advice. I am a Store Manager. Im paid salary and have a manditory work week of 50 hrs. I have been with this company going on 4yrs (1 month cashier, 1yr assisstant manager, and just short 3yrs store manager) In the 3yrs ive been in this position i think i can count on one hand the amount of weeks ive work less than 80hrs a week.
