My sister is an exempt employee working 90hrs biweekly. She's also pregnant. When she has her Dr appointment, approximately 5 hours each time, her boss deducts it from her PTO bank, paying her 75 hours biweekly... suggesting she works an 80 hour pay period.

Is this legal? How does she navigate this conversation with her boss?

I was called into HR because a coworker overheard a conversation between me and another colleague taking about cable/streaming shows that we watched or recorded. I mentioned that I recorded a few true-crime shows. My colleague jokingly said, "I hope I'm not on your hit-list!". I replied, "Not anymore." HR pulled me in to say a coworker complained about me talking about hit-lists, and they were now scared. HR wouldn't say who complained, so do I have a right to ask about the resolution to this?
