How is partnership pay determined across service lines? Do partners in consulting get more units than let’s say audit ?

Product Manager offer is 120k salary, sign on bonus of 15k. 4 YOE total. Undergrad degree in computer science. Am I underpaid? This is a legit question lol. I’ve only done federal contracting/consulting work.
