Hi Fishes
In spite of having applied for many jobs at Citi (including the referrals), I have not got any calls from Citi.
I do not understand what's wrong with my profile ! I do get calls from other Captives but not from the Citi.
Are there any hacks to get calls from Citi ? Citi @citibank
Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

At Amazon, what is the difference between a Program Manager and Technical Program Manager? It looks like the Technical one gets paid about 25% more but not sure what roles/responsibilities they do differently. Amazon

You ask them what their parental leave policy is as your wife is expecting and you would want to be able to take it. Any company worth their salt should be offering it and if they don’t, I wouldn’t take the job.
Does your current company offer parental leave? The other option would be to negotiate a start date at the end of parental leave with your current company.
Yes.
How much PTO will you have and Is it remote, US based? Is your wife going to take leave or does she not work? Do either of you have family help (grandma/grandpa/uncles)
It IS sketchy to immediately take Paternity IMO. You won’t even be onboarded by the you leave. Team mates who were waiting on you to join to help them will hate you.
I would be honest with your company, then only use accrued PTO/granted sick days. I worked remote through both my kids and my wife took a month off, then worked remote also.
You can do it, it just takes balance and patience. Oh and you aren’t going to sleep anyway, so might as well work.
Do they offer paternity leave? If so, try to see if any other fathers there can give you insight. Try to find out on Glassdoor and any other review sites what their culture is like for new parents. Also, what stage are you at in the interview process? If you’re on your last one or have a feeling you’ll get the job and their culture is welcoming and accommodating then you shouldn’t have a problem telling them now. If not, wait until they give you their decision
I absolutely would NOT say anything. Knock them out in the interview, accept the offer, start the job, and then cross that bridge when you get to it. Just make sure there aren't any restrictions for parental vs. maternity leave. Sometimes companies say you have to be employed there for a minimum amount of time before you qualify.
