For those of you who build websites, how do you display your built sites on your portfolio site? Do you have a page where you mock up the site or do you do a direct link? I currently have both. I’m just trying to figure out the best way for me. Here is my site for reference. The links for the sites are in the menu and below in the gallery. Sarahbellestudios.com

Enthusiast
When I graduated college, I job searched for 5+ months and got nothing. I finally interviewed with a company that wanted to hire me on the spot and asked what I wanted to make. Out of shock and desperation, I sold myself short and said something incredibly low. After all, I thought it was fair since I didn’t have experience in this field.
Short answer: Don’t underestimate your potential. If you’re a Jr and made it this far in the process, you’ll grow to a mid-level in no time.
PS I only laughed at your post because your title threw me off. Is your official title “UX Design FELLOW?”
And base it on the higher end of market rate for the type of company it is.
Back yourself king
Don’t be the “No” in your life. There are plenty of people in the world who will tell you “No”, don’t add yourself to that. Ask confidently for the higher end of the band.
Ask for as much as you can, regardless of feeling “weird”. You’re in a great position!
Ask for the higher end, they will counter. If they don't, you didn't ask for a enough! And in your next job ask for more ;)
The worst thing you can do is convince yourself you’re not qualified. They gave their range, act with confidence in asking for the higher end of the band!
You have a design background so you should go with the high end.
