Nearing the end of the interview process for a mid level Product Designer role but experience wise I’d be considered more junior. What do I ask for in terms salary? (Sorry if it’s a stupid question)

I’ve gone through whiteboarding and a design challenge so skill wise I think I’ve proven to them I am capable.

They gave me a range for the role so would I just go with that? It’s higher than average in the market and one I’d be happy with but I feel weird since I’m not actually mid level.

I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 5 years of experience in an acute care setting. I, also, have a bachelor’s in healthcare administration. I use EPIC at work everyday and I am interested in working as an EPIC analyst. I have applied at my facility numerous times for these positions with no luck. What advice would you all give for getting into this position? Also, do you know any remote positions available that I could apply to outside of the facility I’m currently at? Thanks!

About rolling off my project with no new project opportunity yet. I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!
