I had two miscarriages in January and April, and got pregnant again next cycle. I am currently 17 weeks pregnant. It is HARD, I won’t sugar coat it. I highly recommend finding a therapist or someone to talk to. My OB clinic was able to recommend someone to me who was actually part of their staff. They suggested a lot of what someone else said in regards to boundaries, certain time to worry, etc. I will say that it gets better as time goes on (or has for me) but the general anxiety will always be there. You are not alone!
Pregnancy after loss is terrifying. I meet with a therapist who specializes in infertility and baby loss once a week and she has been a godsend. If you aren’t taking to someone, I highly recommend it. She helped me set boundaries for myself like not going down rabbit holes on the internet and spiraling out of control.
We agreed that I was allowed to google things once a day and for no longer than an hour. It sounds dumb but it held me accountable and preventing me from going into full panic mode.
Also know you are not alone! I also suffered a miscarriage and now pregnant again at 8 weeks. We had a panic at the beginning because our first 6 week scan showed nothing. No yolk sac, no fetal pole. I prepared for the worst at the next scan especially given my first loss but we had a miracle. We found our tiny one at 7 weeks hiding in a corner, heartbeat and all. I can't help but feel so bad how stressed out I was that week worried sick that it was the end. I'm sure that wasn't good for the baby at all. I'm still scared things could end any second but I'm trying to stay positive and give this one all the love I can give it. Hugs!

Thank you so much for the advice! And I'm so happy to hear your story, so heartwarming. Wishing you the best in your journey too ❤️
Hugs. So sorry for your history but you have to think of every pregnancy as a fresh chance. This baby deserves your happiness and excitement as if those miscarriages never happened, back when we were all just young and naive. Your body knows what it's doing and the best you can do is take care of yourself, do a little relaxing, and love this tiny one with all you got.
So sorry for what you’ve had to go through 😞 Something that helps me is that I like to think that everything happens for a reason. My grandma actually had 3 miscarriages in a row before having 3 kids. One of which was my dad and so had that not happened my dad wouldn’t have existed, I wouldn’t have existed and so on. Wishing you the best!
