I was working as a PM at a Product company, During recent layoffs, where several others were laid off, I was also laid off but after putting on unfair PIP (no prior performance communication whatsoever) along with a few others.

Is there anything I can do from my end to fight unfair PIP?

My goal is separation but with the support laid-off employees have got.
