Hi Fellow fishes, I had an hr discussion with amdocs and during salary negotiation they told we can't give more than 11 lpa, they told it's the last offer and didn't negotiate at all. My current CTC is 7 lpa and YOE: 3 years. How can I renegotiate with them. Will they not process my offer letter if I ask them to reconsider? P.S. : I really want to join amdocs. Amdocs

Hi! I just accepted a Relationship Banker II role in Allen, TX. My offer letter was 50k base and 1k guaranteed commission a month first year. I just graduated w a degree in Business Administration. Basically the info I got on how commission works was pretty vague. Anyway I wanted to see what someone I’m their 1st or 2nd year can realistically expect to on average make in commission a year in this role. Also what do bonuses in the role look like? I’m hoping to just hear some ballpark numbers! JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase

Why don't you do a little research about the organization before you go in, ask questions from some of their staff members. They will give you some insight about the organization.
However, as a Software Engineer, you don't need to be nervous about anything. Pick up courage and be opmistic about your career progression. Wish the best of luck.
As a former contract employee at the aforementioned company at the Baltimore location. I was used, misused & abused mentally & emotionally by my previous manager. I worked as a FA and it was the most miserable time of my life. Overall, her behavior speaks a lot about the management as a whole. People kept quitting every week while i was there for the tenure of my contract. Things might be different at your location. Good luck!
