Need career advice. Have been trying to get into FDD. Tried the internal transfer route last summer and got an interview but was told there was a hiring freeze. I also got an offer from RSM that was then rescinded due to the market. I held on another busy season in hopes things would change in the market but seems that it is not looking hopeful. Is it worth staying until something opens up? I don’t want to leave for something I’m not passionate about. My goal is to get into corp dev.
