I am not happy with my current employer and want to switch.
I don't have a preferred language as I can work really well with all 6 of them.
As per your experience Should I Focus on Front End (if so which one), Back End (if so which one) or Full Stack (if so which combination) ?
My Goal is to stick with something that will pay me well.

How do I prepare a strong story for exit conv to industry? My leadership will try their best to retain me. They have strongly supported me throughout my career, so I might end up burning bridges. I want to leave because I don’t want to continue with the project (don’t have option of changing projects, I am a SME, strong knowledge dependencies, been here for 3+ years). Plus the move will be to industry in different kind of work, which is a big big learning opportunity. Any advice? TIA!

I started a company just under 1 year ago. We sell a product via ecom channels and have done ~100K in revenue with a 60% gross margin.

The first 6 months I was working a full time job. I quit my job to focus on the business full time, and have since depleted my readily available capital. I’m bootstrapping the business with my own funds. I was recently offered a job in my old industry for 80K per year. I was previously making 62K.

Should I take the job?

Till 2-3 days back, my company laptop camera was working fine. Yesterday I noticed that it's camera is not working, reason is that there is moisture on the camera lens internally. When I switch on the camera, it's all blurry and not able to capture anything. I can sense only that it's working when I put my finger on it. It becomes more dark.

What shall I do ? Is there any solution to this?
