Would it be a good move to go from Deloitte to Accenture or would that be going a step down? I've heard incentive are minimal and Variables are bad in Accenture. Would it be better to stay in Deloitte considering it has just been 11 months? Pretty happy with the Firm but would definitely like some good hike? Should I wait or should I Switch? Accenture

I’m an MS Management Student graduating in June 2023. I applied to over 40 positions within the Big 4/MBB and even with extensive networking, I haven’t heard back from any really. I have an offer from a pretty well-known but less prestigious Consulting Firm, but I’m wondering what my chances even are of going Big 4/MBB if I’m not a campus hire. Will they even consider me for an experienced hire a year or two down the road if they showed no interest this time? Any advice welcome!

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. Just a thing what I have experienced.

I had an offer from one company that gave 90 percent hike even when notice was 90 days. Now that a month close is left I just gave 4 four interviews in a day taking a leave an all got cleared. The offers getting are aggressive too. But in my experience what I have seen that the quality of interview has gone down compared to offline ones. Please let me know your experiences.

Hi everyone, I have successfully completed all the tech rounds, hiring manager and hr round at a company. In the HR round, the guy asked me to mail him my documents like current company offer letter, 3 months salary slip, offer in hand etc. and my expected CTC. He said they will get back to me in 2 working days but they haven't yet. How long should I wait to check with them? And is this some strategy HRs use to see if you are desperate for the job or somehow get your expected CTC down?
