How do you find these remote jobs
Best way is I look for all jobs and within 10-12 hybrid / on-site opportunity there's hardly 1 remote. Then cv shortlisting is different pain.
If CV shortlisted, then I see remote companies often lowball the offer saying they are remote. People are ready to join even on same TC.
So I didn't get any call from big remote companies like atlassian, confluent even after referrals, some small companies only called.
Name both company A and Company B, it matters a lot to suggest you.
Infosys, try to keep yourself in his shoes, and ask yourself - will you reveal the orgs name, if you had such offers?

I am interested in this position web designer/UI developer.I have 6 years experience on web application. I created the 80+ websites psd to html conversation with mobile responsive. and also cross browser testing, W3C validation. Lighthouse testing in chrome browser.
I have knowledge on adobe photoshop,figma,wordpress,angular.
At 6 YOE I would suggest go with company B. Since the base is more plus stocks plus it would be a good learning curve for you. Also it's remote which is a very big deal these days.

if your are confident enough that if Company B layoff you and then you can join any other company with similar salary, then go for B else A
With 6plus at this package with just java and springboot both are very risky for you. Join the startup atleast you can learn more which will later help you to justify this price tag. If luck is upon you maybe the startup can turn it something huge and you will generate generational wealth. With A you are just at risk.
If it is upto me you will be first in my hitlist if things go bad.
