Hi, I am a tier 2 b-school graduate (major:ops, minor: IT), lost my campus offer and currently working in a c2h role and it was not an MBA opening. My previous work experience is in ITIL process management and service reporting. Can anyone suggest skills I should try acquiring to get to a decent role. So, i put in my resignation and my manager calls me up. He says that he hired me during a bad time, i.e. during COVID pandemic last year, but it feels to him that when I felt convenient i am packing my bags and leaving.
