Need some advice.

I am an Associate Solution Advisor at Deloitte who was promoted this year with barely any hike or bonus.

I have not got an offer from JP Morgan at 35% hike. The job profile is new, and not so sure about the growth there.

I have been doing well this year, and I am in the top 10% of performers. Given the situation, not sure what promotions and hikes will look like next year.

Now I got married and moved to UK , plus we have got a baby in 2019 so now I am looking for a job in UK having 3 years of career break. Although, I am getting CIPD lvl 7 diploma this year. Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. The first company I was at didn’t have a solid HR team so I don’t really count that. I feel like I’m ready to take on more responsibility and learn more. And of course make more money.
