I have around 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

I have two options:

* TCS: Retention offer of 11 LPA.
* Accenture: Offer of 12 LPA.

Which one would you choose considering career growth, learning opportunities, work-life balance, project quality, and long-term stability?
