At 2 yoe, current company raised ctc from 4.5lpa to 7.5lpa (fixed) in appraisal.
They are giving 1.5lakhs extra bonus (retention), to be paid after 6 months in two installments (within next one year),
If I accept this bonus, I can't leave and I can't be on notice period.
Yoe 2yrs 3 months, manual/automation QA engineer.
Should I accept bonus and stay here for another year? Work is good enough and wfh is here.
Also, not in Deloitte, left there after 1 yoe.

After the final interview, HR reached out and said they would like to extend an offer. HR gave a ball park of 135k - 145k base with about 15k in sign-on equity and 20k annual bonus.

After a couple of days, HR person came back with with 125k base and 20k annual bonus. No sign-on equity anymore. What should I do given that these numbers seem way lower than the initial range provided? HR claimed it’s because of “market conditions”.
