Never ever join Natwest. One of the worst hiring processes. I completed all the rounds including salary negotiation. I even submitted my documents and applied on workday as per their email. They said I will get an offer. After sending multiple follow ups, today 45 days of waiting period I got a response from HR that the position is no longer available.

They wasted my time and it literally impacted me to proceed with other opportunities. Poor HR communication.

What are the salary expectations for a non technical program manager in cloud? T2 city, 2 YOE. Also, what is the salary progression for this role?

I am in a tech IC position. One of friends switched to FAANG by converting the profile to consultant profile. The friend who might have less tech knowledge than me is now in FAANG and earning more. If the end goal would be that the friend might one day be a product manager and me an engineering manager taking instructions from the same friend, isn't consultant profile an easier path to growth. I had been practising DSA for years and the competition is only ever growing.
