Thoughts on Transfix? Anyone invested?
Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.
Hello all,
Hope you are doing well.
I have a condition and want to know your opinions. I have given a particular date 30th May of joining in offer letter Legato Health Technologies , but now they are saying that the joining will be delayed by a day Or two.
I am getting confused about this and also getting a little bit afraid as well as I have already says no to other offers and now this happens...
Request you all to please help me on this.
Thanking you all in advance.

Asking what you make is illegal in NYC.
People actually ask you for proof of salary? I’d walk out.
I would consider if a place that requires that kind of back flips to get a 15% higher salary is where you want to work. I wonder how well they give raises.
First of all you are not required to prove it, but second use something like Glassdoor to establish averages and then provide rationale & validation for what end of the spectrum you fall into.
@ACD DDB Chicago
Letter from hr. I've had to provide that for lease and loan purposes, never to another employer in US. That's f....d up!
Is your current comp ridiculously high?? The only thing that should be used to justify comp is your skills, experience, the job description and sometimes the market average.
oooh, OP, who asked? i'm dying to know
@Freelance the HR person who was working on the offer letter. She framed it as "to justify the comp you've asked for we need to prove your current comp to finance."
@ACD3 No. Higher than average, but not so far an outlier as to be unusual.
Who asked you for proof? That is ridiculous.
@Freelance Glassdoor puts my ask to DDB at about 15% higher than their average for the role.
Play hardball. Drop them like it's hot and say you don't need to justify worth further than interview and their assessment. And no one important EVER needs to justify to finance.
