North Highland post MBA salary for senior consultant level?

Wondering what people think of the career upside of getting into fintech acct mgmt. Currently on 180 TC (all cash) in nyc as a c-suite recruiter (6 yoe) but feeling a bit burnt out on it. Pre ipo fintech company offering 160 TC with some equity. Interested in a transition but not sure what the long term career upside is for a saas account manager for one of these types of firms? Doesn’t seem like a massively high ceiling given the step back on cash?

Hello. I am a recent undergrad and I am a year in at my regional banks development program. (Length is 2 years, commercial banking/credit analyst route). I’ve recently gotten a offer from JP Morgan for a corporate finance role.
I’m not sure what to do. Which has better growth and exit strat.

Current:
67K + 5% Bonus + Stock: 7% of salary

- After I get placed I had heard I would be at
80s + 10% bonus and stock at 7%
- stock has vesting schedule of 5 yr

My wife has received an offer for the position of ESG reporting specialist .

Package : 12 LPA
YOE : 4 Years

She is currently working with EY and is due for a raise with current package of 7 LPA. However , her concern is that in EY she gets to work with different clients and create reports for them which offers a lot of challenges and she enjoys those which might be missing in UBS

Any suggestions on whether she should join ?

How are they paying for a 11+ yrs experienced candidate ?Can I expect 40 LPA? .

People who're negotiating with TCS HR. Please remember the following. 1.Offers are mostly non negotiable
2.They have strict 30-40% hike only.
3.If you ask more, they will say, I will get back to you and you wont get anymore calls. Be careful.
4.They have bands fixed like 4-6 yrs ITA and so on
Either take the offer and look out for another company or accept the offer if you need TCS somehow. Thiis my personal experience and also from this forum discussions.

I have an Offer from TCS with 60% hike on my Current CTC & I still have 10 days for the Joining date but now I got another offer confirmed and expecting offer letter in 2days.The new offer value is 80% hike on my Current CTC & I don't wanna join that Organisation which is Tier 3 MNC when Compared to TCS it's a way below, wanna join TCS. I work for a CPA firm, 45-50 employees, and we're looking at expanding our benefits package. Right now, we only offer 2 or 3 weeks vacation, 1 week paid sick time, healthcare, 401(k) with profit sharing, and Life/Long-term disability coverage. No dental, no parental leave, no ST disability, no EAP etc.
