There are two job openings with a company I would die to work for. I have the experience required for the higher paying position but I believe it will be very competitive. The other position is a step lower, still great salary and I’m definitely qualified but would rather have the other position. Do I apply for both in hopes to get one or stick to just the higher one I want so I don’t send mixed messages??

Recommendations for firms to look into in South FL? I'm in Ft. Lauderdale but am open to Boca or Miami. I'm a first year associate in ID (coverage issues) but really would prefer transactional work. More importantly though, I'm looking for companies who pay relatively well (doesn't necessarily have to be market), are open to remote/hybrid work, aren't sweatshops. I'd settle for insurance work if theres good WLB & $$$ lol
