+1 for 5610 as well. Luminox and Timex are both fragile imo
I would also suggest a Suunto Core (or Core Alpha Stealth for a more rugged version), if you expect to be outdoors in the field a lot. The compass and barometer are very useful, and the watch itself is very sturdy.

I’m with Google1, and I know some consultant here also recommended citizen eco drive. It’s solar powered, reliable, and can have a host of features… It’s great!
Casio Duro if you want an analog Some Seiko quartz options but I think there are better mechanicals in that range from Seiko
I Love the DW6900s, especially some of the limited edition ones. I own the White Mayer and the Bamford DW6900s and both are gorgeous.
