I’m currently in a 1BR for $2400. Am I crazy to pay $3k for a studio in a much nicer building in the same area? My current building is trash and I realized having an updated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room would be really nice, but not sure if it’s worth the price tag vs finding another place at $2500ish. Base salary: 120k

Sign-on bonus:10k
