Deloitte MBA manager salary? S&A
Negotiating with EY for M/SM Tech Consulting. I have 15 years experience, skills are in demand and my interviews went extremely well. 1. What are the salary ranges for M and SM in NYC. 2. I am told it is only going to be a M now, for my own benefit-no EY network means failure at selling. Whats the highest salary I can negotiate at M. Any other tips will be handy. I have "sold" (support on sales & new roles through relationships) plus I have solid delivery experience. I really want SM 😀😀😀 EY

Lol that's just a recruiting tactic.. you will most likely be on federal projects but if you network hard it's possible to get on commercial but requires a good amount of effort and luck in terms of timing
Strong for Federal. I know a lot of Fed HC SCs that make between 90-100.
No, but I have a Masters Degree.
When you say "federal clients" do you mean your offer is with Deloitte Federal Human Capital? If so, without an MBA that sounds like a pretty strong offer. Even in the commercial practice as a first year without MBA that sounds good.
It's with Deloitte Consulting, LLP. I'm told I will be in a federal cost center but can work on federal and commercial accounts depending on where my network takes me, but my cost center is federal.
Cool, just don't want the lurkers who are reading these posts to be misinformed about federal.
Do you have an MBA?
Post MBA is 140k base. If you're doing the same work as MBAs, you should fight for more
If no MBA I would say that offer is maybe on the lower end of the spectrum but in the right range
You're not going to get to the post-MBA SC offer level without one
I don't really care.
(About federal or commercial clients)
Commercial clients are more appealing from a brand recognition standpoint, but working at the pentagon or for an intel agency sounds pretty cool too. Plus I could finally get a dog and maybe date and have friends since I'd not be on constant travel.
Sounds strong
I make 110 in fed HC and just entered M2 with 9 years of consulting experience. Got a 2 SC1 and a 1 as SC2. Don't think your offer is a bad offer (even tho I know I'm likely being paid under market)
That's accurate. Fed is slightly lower. I'm an SC without an MBA and I'm at 85
Sounds like it's a little more than "slightly" lower!
Very strong for fed
