Offered 28 CTC and SE-2 position after clearing Superday interview rounds. I was expecting for SE-3 and 35 CTC. Current CTC is 22 and remote and YOE is 4.7. Is it wise to join JPMC? Will JPMC counter few days before joining. I have Google and Amazon interviews scheduled in Jan 2026. I have heard that the management gives low ratings and there is always possibility of layoff. Also growth is very slow.

Twice now I have been ghosted by hiring managers after my initial HR screen. It’s really got me feeling like shit.

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
