Offered two roles with a big media agency in NYC - Which role is better?

Social Trader or Programmatic Trader. - Both are entry level.

Could someone provide me with insight into the roles and their potential career paths as well as pros and cons?

My priorities are high earnings potential and work life balance.

I have a meeting scheduled with the department lead to discuss this further, but I would like to go into it with as much information as possible.

Why do companies do this? I interviewed with a company. They loved my work and told me that I’m going to start the following week. They made me sign all of the onboarding papers and poof ghosted me! 🤦‍♀️ I feel so down right now! And I feel like I won’t be able to ever land a job!

Are there any agencies where creatives actually have good work-life balance in LA, SF or anywhere else for that matter? Like no weekends or no working more than a 40-50hr week? Or do I have to go in house for this? Or do I have to leave advertising altogether?
