Hello, I am working in HCL Technologiesas L1 resource my CWL is nagpur but I want to change my working location . It was changed a few months back but they have referred back to nagpur again saying because of some policies so I asked for a project change thought it may be useful for location change, it's been 23 months in my current project I asked for release but my sdm is not willing to release. I cannot travel back to Nagpur vijaywada is my nearest location. Please suggest how I can proceed.

Accenture all the way. Deloitte is known for making you work more then 40 hours so even if you’re remote say goodbye to wlb. And I say this having many friends working for both companies and my deloitte friends advised me against taking a job because I told them that I values wlb over salary. All the fri ends I have that worked at deloitte have left and the ones who work at acn 8/10 are still there.

I think you posted this elsewhere and I replied there but one thing to note is that these positions are different. You mentioned Deloitte said you were capped at 90k but that’s for C. A Consultant at Deloitte is equivalent to Senior Analyst at AFS, which is why Accenture is offering more money (and able to). It’s a higher position. If Deloitte was going to offer you the same position as AFS, that would be SC.
All semantics aside, take the AFS offer
Try to get Deloitte to offer more. Finding a project depending on your skill set is not hard, even with no skill set atm.
However I’m not with Accenture federal

I was in similar situation but knew that I wont have to travel for atleast next 6 months with Deloite.. took up uncle D's offer.. you can send Accenture's offer to deloitte, they may not match but might give you a bigger sign on bonus
