Ok, I've been waiting to post this until after I safely returned the car. I rented a car and declined any insurance, relying on the CSR primary coverage. But I don't own a car and don't have auto insurance. The CSR coverage only covers the rental and doesn't cover personal belongings or personal injury. If I caused an accident, I believe I would have been an uninsured driver and not had coverage for the accident. Have I been over-relying on the CSR coverage?

In process of buying a house, both my surveyor and specialist damp contractor found damp under kitchen tiles (In the grout) & in skirting boards and up one wall. Sellers had work done initially in 2014 on the wall only(with garuntee) & their company has visited and assured there is no damp… what is next best course of action, get another damp specialist to examine independently of other reports?
