Look I just crawl home after my shift and don't think about work until the morning alarm hits. Dinner, video games, sleep 😴
I’ll play games or do a craft on my own. I’m often in the same room as my partner, but she’s also doing her own thing. Once a week I go to bed early and hang out on my phone alone.
Sometimes I just lie on the couch or floor and let the sun shine on my eyelids. I also like sitting upside down/backward on the couch so all the blood rushes to my head haha. I think I just like the way it feels to stretch out my back and shoulders. But usually, I'm alone in the evenings, so just putter around getting things done, being sidetracked by the internet, and reading.
I usually just stay in my room for an extended period of time, avoiding all human contact. I like to get takeout and watch YouTube videos. I also like to go out and eat by myself at restaurants and also watch videos on my phone. When I had a car, I'd go on late-night drives and smoke a few cigarettes. I also enjoy late-night dance parties with just me and my Spotify mobile. Nothing major, ha.
This is my problem - I can't think of a single way I recharge! I'm constantly busy and on the go. I work full-time, volunteer, and take care of my husband and daughter. I used to read... but no time for that. When I have time to spare though, I sit in bed and listen to my favorite/good music, browse the Internet, and text a close friend.
Some alone time with a good book usually works for me.
