I'll try to give a general view in the questions I'm sure:
1 - If this was a partner interview, you probably won't have another round per se (maybe one additional interview). The next interview should be like this one, just with a different partner, but won't be another full round(Excpetions are if you're coming into partner level or they feel like they need one additional interview).
2 - Since you have 13 yoe, I'll start with the Associate level:
Associate -> EM -> Principal -> Partner. For each of the associate and EM levels there are 4 sublevels, but they are more about your performance rather than time - and they are only internal for bonuses/promotion purposes. Principal have 5 levels.
3 - If you're an SM, the equivalent level would be principal; but it's very unlikely they would bring you as a Principal (depending on the office it would be nearly impossible). So I'd say something like an Experienced Engagement Manager.
4 - as an EM, at NYC office, around 180k-190k base; bonuses should be somewhere btw 15%-25%. I'm not confident about Principals compensation to answer
5 - I can't answer this one, but these metrics can change across offices. Since I'm not in US rn, Idk they

Actually, scratch that TC: your base might be around 200k, and bonus should be at something closer to 25%.
And by around I mean a little bit above

OP what was your fit interview with the partner like? How did the process work out for you? Going through something similar now.
