Longest downtime between calls is probably 30 minutes on average. On a very slow day, which usually happens on a wednesday, I sometimes get lucky breaks of up to an hour.

Not much if at all usually. I work in Live Chat.
Inbound is unpredictable. Some days it's slow, but you can still get a few calls in a row. Most inbound CS positions I've been in focus on stats like availability and adherence. Meaning if you're not available for calls 5-10 minutes after each call, they'll seek you out.
If I'm lucky, 30-45 minutes. But on an average day it's more like 15-20 minutes! My company gives us an hour paid lunch which is so nice though!!
Mm i work for 9 hours, 2 15 minute breaks and 1 hour long break, lately, i have had 6 to 8 interactions a day, it was not always like this though, had to get into a more specialized position
