Which one to join? Almost same ctc.

Also does Oracle provide shares every year or just starting 4 years and also how about appraisals at these organization. Please help.


Current : 26.5 + 10% bonus
Oracle Offered : 32 + 100 RSU per year for 4 years

Payu and Airtel : 37 all fixed.

The main attorney that I work under had noticed some mistakes I was making (I am a NY paralegal who took this position with the understanding that they’d be teaching me NJ and NYC real estate). I have received an offer from McKinsey for Solution Delivery Analyst role. Another offer from Quantiphi as a Senior BA.
Both employers are almost giving me same comp (Quantiphi slighter better by a lakh)
