EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.

Not sure why people are responding so negatively to a post that increases transparency - maybe jealousy? Crab mentality helps no one. I appreciate your post McK, compensation transparency is helpful especially in the year of COVID.
Not complaining about that, but the fact that people are complaining about a decrease in raise. Per OP, this year, they are getting 15-25% raise still....
At least you have more vacation days!
Your conflating topics here
1) YoY total comp 2020 vs 2019 growth is still substantial
2) annual base salary increase for 2021 is below previous years but bonus pools are anticipated to be bigger in 2021 if the year goes well - so in total comp you should not see a change in YoY growth trends. It’s just moving fixed (salary) to variable (bonus) comp and thus reducing predictability of growth
So all in all really just complaining on a rather high level
Who cares about a bigger pool next year. 1) time value of money 2) who says I’m still around. I worked very hard this year, not next year
Our profit sharing was fully funded back in august. no word yet on bonuses but promotions in NA seem on par with past years. We don’t get annual increases. I think our leadership has done a great job tbh
But wasn't our 2019 baseline a down year in NA? I'm think we were below 2018 revenue in the region. We should be aiming for consistent growth that we aren't getting outside of the Middle East.
Why didn’t the AP cap of 395k increase this year?
So McK19 you are saying an Associate Partner at McK top end makes about $430k all in - base, bonus, profit sharing (which I understand is now on some sort of deferred vesting schedule?)
Come down to tier 3.5. The bonuses and salaries are increasing more than last year.
Can't believe this thread is still going 😂

We don’t do raises for promos. It’s an odd thing compared to industry where we just do merit increases every year regardless of title.
Honestly it’s all over the place atm
In the end, I saw a bigger raise and bonus than I thought I would, after the chalk talk figures.
Can someone explain Mckinsey’s comp structure and how raises are considered
