After lot of negotiations i got revised salary breakup from TCS, will they sent a new offer letter with the same breakup and same will be available on ibegin Portal?

How this renegotiation works, experience fishes please help me?

I read a confession that TCS sends the breakup but they'll not send the revised offer is that true?
