What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

So for me the case study and written exercise were the same thing ("case study exercise"). Might be different across capability groups. Which team are you applying to?
Structure:
- Intro to the case study with a Principal
- Drafting time (~20m)
- Presentation (10m)
- Discussion (20m)
Not 'hardcore' in the sense that they want you to do mental maths or come up with a view on the spot. But certainly expected to frame your thoughts and be comfortable exploring areas in detail which you know nothing about (for me, this was IT implementation).
Principal would be worth a shot, depending on how strong you think your position is. Something to discuss at the offer stage, perhaps.
Any questions feel free to DM me!
Very helpful, thank you!
My experience was a bit different to PA1, where I was given a case study/written exercise and given 2 hours to prepare a 20 minute presentation on it, to which I presented to a partner as part of a 1 hour interview (brief sent at 9am and presented at 11am). Quite intense but I have no experience of MBB exercises so can’t compare.
Definitely enough experience to go for principal, all depends how you sell yourself and your other offers on the table - although expect to be on the lower end of the pay scale for that role though with that experience.

May I ask what salary and bonus you were offered?
