I have pcos and its all about what you eat! Literally, i lost alot of weight changing my diet, strength training and 30 minute brisk walks. Pcos effects everyone differently but cutting back on gluten and refined sugars has done WONDERS for me

HIIT can actually contribute to PCOS. Speaking from experience - Don’t go that route!! Check out Laurie Christine King. Literally been life changing and I can not recommend paragon training methods enough.
