People on work visa - do you guys invest in 401k? It makes sense if you are going to stay in the US for whole life but what if you are not sure about..?

-Working in a tech company making 130k base
- On a H1B visa

My goal:
If in the US long term , then work in tech/startups Csuite
If going back to home country, then start my own business/gig

Thinking of applying this fall as it might be easier due to covid, amazing network of peers, make good friends, good exit opps
