I wonder if this would actually result in some actionable such as PBM reform or biological vs small molecules clause in IRA, or changes in orphan drugs act considering Dr Marty is a huge opponent of 2 things: orphan drugs act designation and salami slicing. 340 B reform is another on table which is likely to be on forefront. I am very skeptical these days so perhaps need some optimism that things might finally be moving in the right direction. The funny thing is while IRA has impact on the overall revenue, it's the part D redesign that is going to cost millions for all parties including CMS which isn't clear how they will actually fund.
