Pharmacists should not be flsa exempted!! employers( mostly chainstore pharmacies) use this rule to avoid paying overtime!! what ever happened to the pharmacist unions??

I am leaving retail pharmacy after 15 years. I am opening a 403b pharmacy for a FQHC. I don't believe that retail pharmacy will be able to sustain itself with patient costs skyrocketing.
