Left McKinsey for a Fintech corporate last year. Really disappointed to see bonuses given out (cash is equivalent to half month salary, equity vested over 5 yes also not great) after getting the 5/5 rating and business doing well overall. I’m starting my exit from Deloitte after 2 years here doing Salesforce implementations, and about 4 years prior to that of more Salesforce implementations. I’ve realized that I love receiving quick/frequent feedback, I prefer to have my compensation correlate to how hard I work, and like working closely with people. I don’t see myself in my managers shoes or becoming more technical. Any thoughts on roles/paths I should pursue? Any opinions would be very helpful!
