Planning to give notice Monday after ~3 months. I accepted a fully remote role, mainly because 3 days/week in-office with a long commute isn’t sustainable for me as a mom, and the remote setup is much more better for me. The hard part is I’ve built trust and made impact quickly and currently working on high-visibility projects, which will make big frustration to quit after this short period. How should I handle this without burning the bridges?

I was told a position is expected to return to the hybrid mode and not 100% remote eligible. Has anyone successfully negotiated a role labeled this way to become fully remote?

The title is standard “counsel” although the work would be with the senior leadership team and reporting to the GC in Europe. How reasonable is it to ask for a bump in title - Senior counsel or Head of Legal, US? I work heavily in AWS and am looking to learn another cloud platform. I have zero knowledge of azure and gcp and would like input on which to learn.
