For those who have retired early and still have young kids, what do you do for health insurance and how much does it cost you annually?

Looking for an entry-level data analyst position in the DC area. Have a BA in economics & certification in Computer Science. Also 3 years of professional work experience as a full time marketing manager which I performed while attending school full time. I’m a self-starter and extremely driven. Experience sharing on calories deficit -
I have a normal body build but want to lose a few pounds(especially around my belly). I am making visible progress now by eating less(work gets busy and I use that to forget about hunger), a lot of walking, have casein protein to feel less hungry. Diet is really what do the trick.
But there are drawbacks too - my energy level(especially around night time) drop significantly that the level of exercise I used to do feels hard (light/mid intensity)

Serious billing question - if during the course of the day, you first receive an email from Client A at say 11:10am and you read it, you then respond to it at 12:20pm. You get another email at 2pm from Client A and respond immediately. The next email comes in at 4pm, you read it and respond only at 4:30pm. None of the email responses take more than 3-5mins. You are working on matters for other clients at all other times during the day. How much are you billing for Client A?
