They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.

It’s a Director level position, I’m excited about it, but I’m also concerned about the risk since the internet says that TB lays off 10-15% and slashes benefits, bonus and what not.
The job would be a 20% bump or so on salary, bonus and long term cash is much higher than current TC. Should I be afraid to make this jump?

Got an offer from Accenture for 12.2 LPA fixed having 5 years of experience in CTS as a fresher. Just wanted to know how much can I expect monthly salary after all the deductions?

How much I can expect salary from Accenture as a Pega developer.
YOE: 5.5 years, current CTC is 6.3LPA and got one offer with 9LPA.
I believe that I can demand 12 to 13 LPA by using offer in my hand.

Hello fishes, Today I got a call from TCS HR regarding salary . They have sent me the salary break up for my expected CTC and did not negotiate . They told that the offer will be released post approval next week since it is a little higher than what they offer for my experience. Is there any chance that the offer might get rejected?

Need advice. I have received many calls from the companies but none of them are even scheduling the interviews. They say my current CTC is out of their budget. I even said that I am ready to negotiate based on their company budget as my priority is relocation near to my hometown. How can I convince HRs to at least schedule the interview and the salary discussion can be done at a later stage. Some companies have already discussed the final salary but the interview is not yet scheduled.
