Try Tubby Todd cream, but it is normal.
Agree it’s normal and tubby Todd cream seemed to help my little one’s skin
Lot of anxiety but just had to wait it out. It can look bad and seem permanent but my 6 month old is peachy and has the most flawless skin so just hang in there
My baby's acne cleared up completely by week 7.
Yes, normal. Should resolve by 8-10 weeks. As hard as it may be, don’t pick at it, or touch it. Some babies get it worse than others, but very much normal. Some babies may even leak milk or have a “period” due to the hormones!
Make sure you’re using clean/fragrance-free products on them and washing surfaces they contact (I only realized after the fact my breastfeeding pillow was irritating my baby’s skin), but like everyone else has said — unfortunately even severe baby acne is pretty normal and should pass with time. Tubby Todd bath wash and lotion helped a bit, but really mostly just time. By about 2 months his skin was totally clear and now he only gets an errant pimple every now and then.
My just went away, we did nothing

How long it took ?
Super super normal. Both my kids had it SO bad, it peaked at about 1 month. For mine, it started on their face, spread to their head, then went down to his chest, and then a little on arms and legs. It has to do with hormone changes. My pediatrician just said to keep his face moisturized with Aquafer which he seemed to be relieved by when I'd put it on. Even as a second time mom I sent pictures to the pediatrician just to be sure it wasn't a rash to worry about.
DM me if you want to see a picture of how bad it was to help you feel normal lol
You hear about sleep regressions, but no one tells you about the 1mo old cuteness regression 🤣 between losing their hair and the acne, they are looking ROUGH 😂
It took about a month for mine, then started healing/ clearing. Hang in there!
This was a sign of a cow’s milk protein allergy in third, cleared up entirely once I eliminated dairy.
