I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

Negotiating with EY for M/SM Tech Consulting. I have 15 years experience, skills are in demand and my interviews went extremely well. 1. What are the salary ranges for M and SM in NYC. 2. I am told it is only going to be a M now, for my own benefit-no EY network means failure at selling. Whats the highest salary I can negotiate at M. Any other tips will be handy. I have "sold" (support on sales & new roles through relationships) plus I have solid delivery experience. I really want SM 😀😀😀 EY

Do you currently live in a more expansive city than Atlanta? If so you’d be getting a great COLA if you take the job
Love the pun
Probably not for salary alone but there are other factors that are important to you like getting off the road sure
Rule of thumb is leave for only 30%+. That said you could go and boomerang.
Totally worth it. A friend of mine has been at Coke for like 15 years and absolutely raves about it. I’d definitely go for a director role. Sounds like the right level.
How many years were you at PWC? This sounds like a great offer for Coke, have a friend who’s a Director and he works 9-5.
That’s the same as me. I’d exit for industry. You were not promoted so that means you don’t have strong advocates. Jump ship. Only way to leap frog pay scales
They are good to work for and you will probably have some good perks. ATL is a great city. I’d go for it unless you are really happy with where you are at.
Like Steve Jobs said... do you want to change the world or do you want to sell sugar water?
Just kidding. If you are about to be SA3B then i think a director role at Coke is an awesome exit. What is the function / role? As long as that is aligned with your long term career interest, should be a good exit
If i were you, i would take it
Just decide if you're ready to exit consulting yet. Your decision to accept the offer or not it's easy once you decide A first.
