Been on the job hunt for the past 3 months. Applied to 200+. Interviewed with 15 companies (big tech + mid sized) but failing at either hiring manager round or ghosted after onsite. Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management.
