I keep getting sour wines. I’ve never had this issue before but the last few bottles I got (store shelf, nothing too fancy) tasted like they were opened and left out. That gross stale sort of sour taste… but the cork was in tight and sealed. 🧐

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. Hey all, staff 2 experienced hire here and been trying to figure out this whole dynamic. In terms of general work experience, I often times feel more qualified than some seniors I work with but at the same time, I’m missing core consulting skills and even mindset at times. I’ve been struggling with how hard I should be on myself. Am I expected to only do the work that’s given me? Should I be beating myself up for the amount of down time I seem to have when the rest of the team is frantic?
