Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

OW wins hands down on prestige and comp. Wlb is comparable across all but better in ZS overall. ZS's progression is slower than others.
C3 - Worked with ZS for 5yrs. It's way slower than other firms. We were rewarding meritocracy at a time, not anymore. Anyone and everyone gets promoted and ZS doesn't even attempt to retain talent.
Also, compared to what you can make at other T2 firms in the same timeframe, it's absymal.
OW > LEK > ZS/RB > Accenture
M1 - what do you mean by experts in a particular domain?
Aren’t most generalist consulting firms not considered an expert in a single domain - curious to hear why you think someone from RB / anywhere else would be considering more of a domain expert vs. someone from ZS?
Rising Star
If I’m you this is between LEK and OW
Rising Star
If you have interest in non-healthcare industries you can easily rule ZS out
Also, Seattle is another office where almost 80-90% of the office works on non-healthcare clients.
For non Healthcare, rule out ZS completely. Regardless of what people may tell you, ZS still is a pharma focused firm.
I'd say OW hands down unless you have a particular passion for DD
roland berger none of the benefits of brand name with all the horrible parts of WLB
Okay
OW just started recruiting at the post-mba level. They barely have the infrastructure to support new hires that didn’t previously come from consulting. Unless something has changed in the past 6 months they only have a structured pipeline for HLS.
LEK > OW/ZS
Yes, slightly. But the point was that there is still a decent presence at OW. It’s not like they don’t exist.
Don’t come to ZS
LEK has no wlb lol
RB very good in Auto, Energy and Chemicals, not strong in other industries.
LEK is great for DDs.
OW great for financial services, I’m sure some other areas as well.
ZS great for healthcare and sales.
Not sure for Accenture Strategy, but it’s good at tech and implementation, though based on your other firms, I don’t know if that’s what you’re aiming for.
Accenture is considered good for Retail, Life sciences, Health & Public Safety, etc.
But they are the go-to for any technology driven strategy work across domains and regarded very high by clients based on my personal experience - way more than anyone on this list.
